About
Lily Tamir-Regev is a freelance classical clarinettist based in Naarm/Melbourne, and recent graduate of the University of Melbourne (Honours), achieving a First Class Honours in her final recital. At a young age, she was awarded first prize in her local community Eisteddfod (B'nei B’rith) and has been enticed by classical music since then. She has performed in venues around Melbourne such as the Melbourne Recital Centre, Tempo Rubato, and Hamer Hall, and toured with the University Symphony Orchestra to Asia last year. Lily is passionate about chamber music, founding her chamber trio, Aphelion, and was invited to perform at the Conservatorium Showcase in 2023.
